up, up, and away

once when picking kiwi up from the airport, i greeted him in the arrivals area with a heart shaped balloon. it certainly got a lot of looks from people, especially the conservative brown indian people waiting for their family to land. i had considered suggesting to kiwi we have heart balloons for our engagement shoot. you know, add a bit of whimsy to our pictures.
